Most of us are dedicated to our craft. We follow a protocol, method or system and never break from it no matter what.

We all encounter stress whether we know it or not, or can feel it.

During these times of stress....
Feeling tired
Feeling burnt out
Maybe being sick
Working longer hours
Getting less sleep
.....should we continue to push and push? Is it beneficial to us or in the long term work against us?
