Lately i have been getting sick more often and was wondering how you guys keep from it? It hasn't affected my workouts to much b/c they are like weekend bugs and crap but its bothering the hell out of me. As of rite now I take glutamine, multi, flax oil, and creatine outside of my normal diet. I eat very healthy (except for cheat days ) So I was wondering what you guys and gals do to keep from getting sick.
