i cheat, i take 3 scoops of ICE, but i add an extra 10 grams from my bottle of Optimum bcaas.but again, from a cost point of view, people have to do what they feel is right.Originally posted by Leslie
On the canister it says not to take below 4 scoops for best results
I am currently taking 5 scoops- cause some always falls out of my water bottle when I sprinkle it in
