Hi all. I've been looking for a forum to get advice on training, nutrition etc. I am 15, 6'1", 155lbs. I play varsity soccer, track and field and basketball here but my real intrest is body building. Not many people in my school are into it though. I am kind of underweight for my height and I am trying to put on as much muscle as possible. I don't really want to gain weight in fat at all. If you have any tips, please pm me or sumthin. Thnx.
