Hello everyone. I'm new here and am looking for some advice. My lats are asymmetrical. When looking in a mirror my right lat is fuller and lower then my left lat. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a way to make my left become symmetrical with my right without neglecting my right side? Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have the some problem with the whole right side of my body, because of tennis, I have better size, strength and definition on my right side...

The only thing i know to do is focus more on isolateral movements...

I suggest you do extra sets of one-armed dumbbell row's just on the left side after your normal back routine. Then, when your symetrical - continue with your normal routine.
