I found this site searching for advise on supplements. Now I am a member as you can see. Well, I weighed about 275 a year ago. Now, I am 5ft 7in at 203lbs. I have been lifting for about 6 months, but I find myself getting stuck. I have stopped getting stronger and bigger.:cry: I think my diet is good, but I don't know. See ya around.
