The Flu!!!!

Hey y'all
I am mad as a hot bucket of piss on account I got slammed on my ass by the god-damn flu!!! I was just gettin back into a routine an now I gotta start all over.
I have Never been in bed for 3 WHOLE DAYS from a cold before!
WOW!
Anyways, now I feel like a real wanker! Time to stock up on them vitamins!

I get it every winter. I try to look at it as a good way to be forced to take time off from training. Not easy for me to do when I'm healthy

Sorry to read about you getting sidelined like that, Pierzin - I hate being thrown off by an injury or illness.

I know that flu is nearly epidemic right now in some states, and there's been a shortage of shots. The good thing is that you'll probably recover faster than many people who aren't as healthy. . .

yup, it sucks...I had the flu about a month ago I was in bed for 3 days, and sick for about 7.

Luckily, I went straight to the doc who gave me some Famvir(an antiviral), and then I had soup and juice and tons of vits for the next week. Gettin better just in time for x-mas!
