Hi all,
Greetings from Moscow, Russia. I've been reading threads on this page for a while and decided to join the discussions.
I have been working out for a couple of months, but have missed a lot of workouts here lately due to travel. My biggest question is about pre and post workout meals. I do not have access to protien bars, powder shakes, ect.
Could anyone suggest some basic pre-post workout foods ( not powders or bars and I can not get peanut butter here ).
Besides building muscles ( Not aiming for Arnold type physic, just want to look good ) I am trying to lose weight so I do 30 minutes of cardio after each workout. I know this will effect my pre workout meal as I do not want too eat too much. I have to eat before I workout because I get up at 6:00 and do not get to the gym until 10:00-10:30.
Thanks for any input.
Mervin
