Help with diet schedule

I am about to start a diet plan, based on the the things I have read on this forum.
My schedule is a little different then most.
I work from 11pm to 7am with breaks every 2 hours, at 1am, 3am
and 5am. I usually sleep from 9am to 5pm.
On such a schedule what would some of you suggest as times to eat.

I was thinking some thing like getting up at 5pm eating at 6pm, 9pm, 1am, 5am, 8am. I would like to get at least 2 more meals in there some where or at least 1.

It also takes me an hour to get to and from work.
Also what would be the best time to work out, before I go to work
or after.
I don't know if it make a difference but my job is quit physical

Any advice would be appreciated

I try to eat every 3 hours, its as simple as that.

If I wake up at 7:00, I try to have my first meal around 7:30, then I just keep adding 3 hours to that. If I am 30 minutes late, I dont sweat over it.

Only you can answer when to workout, when do you feel best? How much earlier do you wake up before you go to work? If it is 2-3 hours, then I would probably workout before work since there seems to be plenty of time.
 
same here, I eat every 3 hours from 7am to 10pm. (six times)

I would probably work-out before work if my job was physical, just because I would think I would be quite drained by the end of the day. :shrug:
