I am about to start a diet plan, based on the the things I have read on this forum.
My schedule is a little different then most.
I work from 11pm to 7am with breaks every 2 hours, at 1am, 3am
and 5am. I usually sleep from 9am to 5pm.
On such a schedule what would some of you suggest as times to eat.
I was thinking some thing like getting up at 5pm eating at 6pm, 9pm, 1am, 5am, 8am. I would like to get at least 2 more meals in there some where or at least 1.
It also takes me an hour to get to and from work.
Also what would be the best time to work out, before I go to work
or after.
I don't know if it make a difference but my job is quit physical
Any advice would be appreciated
