What are your reasons for doing this. Explain why, when, and how much you take for bulking purposes and how benifitial is it. Thanks, because if it works -- I'll probally start using it because of how cheap the shit is. Thanks.

Phosphatidylserine 800mg preworkout, may increase to 1000mg
R-ala 100mg w/3 meals
Flaxseed oil 1 tbsp midday
Absolved (7 keto DHEA) in the am after shower, postworkout after shower.

Dextrose post workout serves several purposes:

1) Insuling spike takes you from a catabolic (from the training) to anabolic state.

2) Glycogen replenishment. From training you have used up a significant amount of muscle glycogen. Training causes increased sensitivety for replenishment (the post-workout window). Training is also an effective nutrient partitioner -- that is, your body will preferentially fuel muscle over fat.

Why only when bulking then? Because I am an endo, and I need to be careful with the calories and sugar I consume.
 
Oh, and how much? Again, not much, because of my predisposition for fat gain. Generally around 25-40 grams with 40-50 grams of whey. For most I'd recommend 25-75 grams, depending.
