I'm a newbie who is just starting to experence the world of lifting, I'm 30yrs 6 ft 190 live in NJ and have the spare tire that I would like to lose. If anyone has any great ideas on how I can burn the fat without to much cardio,Ok let me explain Last year I wa involved in a bad car accident and blew out both of my knees I have rehabed them back so I can walk but I'm a little scared about doing a lot of cardio because they still seem to hurt sometimes, basically I want to lose the tire and build some mass on my chest arms and back. Sorry for rambling. Hope to learn alot from the board members.
