Hello, my name is Janna and I am new to the site. I heard about IM from my husband. Just a little info about me: I am 25 years old, 5'6", 135 lbs and I work out as much as I can.

I used to be extremely fit in my "younger" years but that's when I didn't have a ton of responsibilities and a very high metabolic rate. So now I am here to seek advice and motivation to get back into shape.

I would suggest checking out the "stickies" at the top of the DIET forum... in case you're new to forums altogether... stickies are threads that always stay at the top of the forums... they are filled with basic and always helpful information and are a great place to start...
