Yesterday I found small 1/2 used container of glutamine in pantry.
(I think I was using this bottle during last years cut). Expires in March. My diet will start to change in March, get ripped in time for summer. Take it or just go buy more?
Unfortunatly Glutamine is one supplement that dosn't have a long shelf life once it's opened it starts to loose effectiveness. I'd say use it but if your muscles seem to stay sore it's not helpin get a new bottle.
