Ok, heres all about me.
- 16 years old
- 5'6'' or 5'7'' 124 lbs
- currently only doing dumbell curls
- 25 lbs right, 5 sets of 15 reps
- 15 lbs left, 5 sets of 15 reps
(the reason I do less is because my right arm is much stronger)
I want to start working out my arms, (bi,del,tri,forearm), legs, abs and chest. I don't have access to a gym right now. All the equiptment I have is a benching bar, dumbells, plate weights and a total gym 1000. I was wondering what workouts I could do to build muscle. What should I do in eating terms to prepare to build muscle. I have 2 pounds of creatine, but should I be taking it and how much? Do push ups and pull ups build muscle or do they help more with endurance? I also have a VERY bad pain in my left shoulder when pushing the bar up while benching, anyone know what this could be?
