Where can I get measuring devices for bulk powders??(measuring in mg's)

I think bulknutrition.com has scales, but don't know if they measure mg's. Does your town have a jewelry district? Thats where I got mine cheap.
 
None of bulk nutrition's scales I noticed measure in mg. :(
