Ingredients:

1 apple (peel & slice)
1 tsp orange juice
1-2packs splenda (I use stevia)
2 tbsp oatmeal
1-3 tsp peanut or almond buter

Directions:

Place apple slices in small baking dish. Sprinkle with orange juice.Combine the oats, splenda and nut butter until crumbly. sprinkle on top of apple. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.

Servings: 1

*varitation: add in a couple tablespoons of blueberries. Also can substitute the apple for a pear or a couple peaches!

Probably lemon juice. I beleive the citrus is used to prevent the apple from looking nasty. I know when I use to make fruit salad with apples and bananas in it I would sprinkle them with lemon juice so they didn't go brown and gross looking. :shrug: Then again, I could be all wrong.
