I am 17 yearold 5'9 140lbs, I want to have a six pack, is ab-solved the obvious choice to help acheive my goal? Whats the difference between the two? Thanks.

As a 17 year old, you likely have much more important things to worry about than specialized products such as these.

Agreed. And your diet needs to be your number 1 concern at this point. If it isn't neither will do any good.
