creatine/ dextrose question

Where do you all by your Dextrose?

Do you take your creatine on an empy stomach to help with the bioavailability? Some supps require it...others don't. Any thoughts?

dextrose can be purchased at most bulk food stores or brewery supply places. or online.

when I take creatine, its post workout with whey protein and carbs.
 
I use Poweraid mix. It works great, B Vitamins, maldextrin, and dextrose. The stuff works great, and its only like 3 bucks for a decent size tub.
 
How much dextrose do you guys use for pwo? We get it here in powder form so I use about 1 tbsp with one scoop of whey for a pwo shake. Is that ok?
 
I just throw in a scoop, same one that comes with ON 100% Whey. Should be around +30g
