Thats bullshit, I don't think that should happen, Testosterone in women is WRONG!!

yes, but there are specific special interest groups (the past and present bush administrations especially) that are behind the Steroid Control Act that are all directly relate to the olympic anti-doping agency and all that shit, believe me I could go on and on bout it...
