personalized diet

Is there anywhere that can help me create a personalized diet for my needs like what i do and how much i weight and goals and what not let me know thanx

best suggestion is to:
read the stickies at the top of this forum
put together a diet plan based on what you've read
start journal with your current diet, a purposed diet and your stats

Then one of the mods would be more than happy to help you. The goal here is to educate, not babysit you in terms of eating plans.
