meal 1 - 2 eggs, 1 slice chesse ,2 slices of low carb wheat bread
1 coffee cream and sugar,1 muiltviam
meal 2 - 1 turkey sandwich,w cheese
meal 3 - 1 turkey sandwich,w cheese,with some lowfat pudding
meal 4- 1 chicken salad ceaser dressing
meal 5- 2 scoops of whey,with 1% milk, 1tsbflaxseed oil,1 muiltviam maybe a bananna if its there ( PWO)
meal 6 - Spoon of Natural peanut butter
and water and crystral light thru the day!
