Trans Fat?

Is trans fat a saturated fat?

Its a fat that dresses up to be a saturated but really its not.. he he


seriously,
its what forms when hydrogen gas is pushed through saturated fats and solidifys it.. found in margarines etc. and makes it easy to deep fry with and bake with.
Anyway , yes, it acts as a saturated fat in the body.
