My post workout recovery drink is very similar. I add 50g whey protein isolate, 50g dextrose, 5-10g creatine to a 20 oz shaker cup. I add water, shake vigorously and drink immediately. If I have L-glutimine I will add 5-10g also.cappo5150 said:Is this any good for a pwo shake? Today I had,

for dextrose measuring purposes- 1Tbs has approx 17g carbs.
