Great forums, best i've found yet. Just wanted to let you know. Any ways. I just wanted to introduce my self and tell you a little about me. I'm 17, 5`10, 155 But as little as 4 months(April 22nd yes i marked the day ) ago I was 185. I was not satisfied or pleased with my self. So I gave up all junk/non clean food. And started just doing cardio. 20 minutes a day. And eating the right amount/type of foods. It just hit me one day, and I started that same day. Now here i am the smallest ive ever been and very pleased. I have cut 30 lbs and have decided to start to bulk up to 165. Not very big but what I would like. Im still reading a lot on the porper ways to bulk. And these forums have taught me a lot. I hope to continue my new and happier lifestyle. Thats it so far! And once again Hello.
