IML Gear Cream!
Ladies/Gents,

I train in Muay Thai and Kickboxing and am looking for a routine .
I train four evenings a week in martial arts but can go to a gym for 1 1/2hr every lunchtime and at weekends.

I'm training for power in my kicks and as one of the major factors in good kicking is getting your knee up high(hip flexors) I'd like a leg routine that incorporates the hip flexors.
Flexibility isn't a problem as I stretch for 45mins ea night

Can anyone help me??

Kind Regards

SCooterbilly

Do you need strong hip flexors or flexible hip flexors? If you're spending a lot of time on the floor doing martial arts, you don't want to spend too much time in the gym and overwhelm yourself. I would work on something that is an upper body/lower body split for resistance training and do that on the weekends. During the week I would work on flexibility and make the most of your time on the floor beating people up. :)
