Sodium and sugar

I've never actually seen a limit for sugar....I think it would be best to limit it as much as possible. FYI, 4 grams of sugar equals 1 teaspoon.

Sodium.....I think 2000 mg is the suggested max per day.
 
Well, for sugar, I ask because my vivonic software gives me this crazy low number - that I blow through first thing with my am protein shake (it's the dextrose).

Don't get to hung up on these numbers. Just balance your macronutrients according to your goals, and eat healthful food and you'll be fine.
