Sometimes I do my move wrong - with a sudden jerk or something -- and then I get a pain as if someone were poking me with a knife.
Last week my barbell was heavier on one side and I got a 'strain' in my right tricep; the result is I can't do any lifting above my shoulder i.e. bp and shoulder press. -- without experiencing pain.
Strangely enough Tricep/bicep exercises are ok.
I think this kind of pain is termed a 'strain'--maybe because the tendon is yanked out of place)
I am sure you know what I mean -- what do you do about it?
Replies appreciated
