I have noticed that alot of the low carb cereals on the market contain a good bit of soy protein. Next ingredients on the list are usually some type of oats flour, fiber, etc.
I just wanted to see how other people felt about these types of foods, as they are on the ify side. I must admit I use them for a carb source a bit to often.
