I just wanted to say thank you to all of you on here for your advice. I had been training for three mothns and not put any weight on at all. I made the cardinal sin of not eating enough, not eating every four hours, etc.
But in the last three weeks after following all your advice, I have put on six pounds and my waist is still the same size.
It's fantastic to finally start seeing results and it's such a boost.
