Hey guys,
ok here is what i eat on a daily basis...iam on a bulking phase...
wake-up: one scoop of whey protein w/ water and one scoop of creatine (muscle tech... i know i know...no flames)
45 min. to one hour later: Mega breakfast shake- 2 whole eggs, one serving of Instant Quaker Oats(again i know..sugar), one bannana, one scoop of GNC Pro Protein (yes GNC), oh yea with 10 oz. of whole milk.
2 hours later: one scoop of Pro Protein
Lunch: sorry guys, i eat the mircrowavble dinners or fast food. Dinners have 30-40 grams of protein.
2 hours later: one scoop of Pro Protein and one peanut butter and jelly sandwich with wheat bread.
Dinner: usually chicken or beef, some vegetables, which vary.
2 hours later: one cup of cottage cheese and one serving of The Quaker Oats.
Ok reason for use of Pro Protein is work, I dont have any time to sit and eat a piece of chicken or beef. I can only mix and shake water with protein powder as i work in maintenance. (always on my feet). Oh the hardest thing i havent put in my diet is my vegetables.
OK guys and gals...review and modify and comment as you like. Thanks for all the input. Flames allowed
