I've gotten into the habit of bringing healthy snacks to work with me to munch on throughout the day. Snacks usually consist of 2 carrots (raw), 2 celery sticks, an apple, a bananna, 4-6 ounces of white grapes, and an orange. I typically graze on these snacks in-between my normal meals.

for my main meals I generally eat a whole grain cereal with a couple hard boiled eggs (whites only) in the morning, a 6 oz. can of tuna for lunch, and a 8 ounce steak with some sort of green leavy veggie for dinner. I try to avoid starch like the plague.

So here is my question.... are the sugers and carbs in these fruits and veggies counter-productive in my attempts to lose body fat? My work-out routine consists of 3 days of weights (Mon, Wed, Fri) and 2 days of cardio (Tue, Thu). My cardio workouts usually consist of an hour on the stairmaster or a 5-mile run.

I should also point out that I am on the trailing end of an M1T / 4AD cycle and am about to start my PCT with 6OXO.

Cheers,

Wit

you will get different opinions on this question. imo it sounds like too much fruit for a cut. :thumb:

i sometimes eat like a piece a day.....either an apple or some grapes. i would definately avoid the carrots and bananas.

You can still lose fat while eating fruictose however it will SLOW your fat loss to a crawl. If you want to eat fruit severly limit it and only eat it in the morning on your cut when your metabollisim slightly is faster (ie breakfast)

also, you need SOME carbs... it looks like you really dont have any besides the fruit. throw like half a red potato or a piece of whole wheat bread in those last 2 meals.

keeping track of your calories is really the way to go. you may even be eating too FEW calories and putting your body into starvation mode, which slows your metabolism.
