Hey guys,


I have been searching for a good multi-mineral but I cant find one. Any suggestions? I would like to get something from GNC or Wal-Mart. :thumb:
 
I don't know what either of them have but if you are male get an iron-free multi-mineral. You don't need that extra iron and also take them close to bedtime.

VPX CMZ..the best on the market, bar none.

Albion Chelated minerals are the best the industry has to offer and thats all that is in CMZ.
