I've always wondered. I always see the bodybuilders who say they have been lifting for 15-20 years. Would it be safe to take creatine for those 15-20 years consecutively?PreMier said:I never stop. There is no need to. If you like what it does, then just keep on using it.

A friend of mine did the same thing... but he didn't realize his mistake until more then a week later. You should have seen the look on his face when I told it him TEASPOONS, not TABLESPOONS.
