bulking diet - how long after m1t use?

hey, i finally ordered m1t, 4-AD, ALA, and will order nolva tomorrow. i will be doing a 2-week cycle after thanksgiving for a last hurrah before x-mas break at which point i will take her easy for 3 weeks and then start my cut for spring break. how long after dropping the m1t do i need to keep up my 4500 cal/day diet before i drop down to a maintenance 3000? is two weeks ok, as well as lifting hard those two weeks, then dropping excercise for a few weeks?

I would reccomend a 1 month cycle of M1T and then a month of PCT, and keep your calories up during both the cycle and PCT then after PCT start cutting, but whatever cycle length you run, wait to cut until after PCT b/c you need to keep your calorie intake up through PCT.
