I dont always have access to a blender so mixing various drinks is not always the easiest thing to do. Sometimes when I need to bring a protein or mass gainer shake to work I put it in a bottle and put that into the refridgerator at work for later. Does this effect the "quality" and what not of the nurtient I am recieving?
