Well , good foods to eat are lean protiens such as boneless, skinless chicken breast, tuna with light mayo(if you must) or fat free yogurt and add some spices for flavor. Try to stay away from refined foods like chips, crackers, bread,(unless its pumpernickel or something that has like 5 o 6 ingridents in it) or they have low carb wraps. Veggies, Sweet Potatoes, Reg. Potatoes, Brown rice. Pretty much just eat good healthful foods, stay away from fad diets and a lot of fat free stuff because they are loaded with extra sugars most of the time. Tell her to try and get out a couple nights a week and walk or do some aerobics, 30 mins. really isn't that much time I'm sure she can squeeze it in somewhere. And water, water is important because some people think they are hungry but they are actually dehydrated because its the same signal inside the body. You can't expect the weight to just fly off because when that happens it's mostly water and then you start to loose muscle most of the time it will take hard work, dedication and time.
