Anybody have a diet program they would highly recommend?

I've done the anabolic diet and it was truely outstanding. Great results and fast! The biggest and most cut I've ever been and I was 17.

Thanks for any leads guys/gals. Feel free to tell us about your results on a particular diet program and where to get info.

I like that Carb Cycling stuff.
 
Apparantly you arn't reading. There are a bunch of different programs and or ideas in that thread.
