Objective Mass gain plus knowleadge the effects of substance since it's first one
Weight 183 lb
Training about 4 years
intake 3800/4000 cals


- 1-12 week Testoviron-depot 250mg week
(Probably 500mg/week + Nolva @ 10mg/day also, but let me know your opinions! @ 250mg/week i don't think that worths nolva during it)

- 5-13 week Pregnyl- 500ui/week /refrigerating the reconstitution)

- 14-18 week PCT nolva (2 week 40mg/2 week 20mg)
- 14-16 week Clen @ about 160mcg/180mcg

updose my cal intake to 5000cal/day during cycle
Training sessions heavier than ever

let me know what do you think!
Planning to save a bit money here with this cycle, and in september run 500mg test+400mg equip!

Keep nolva on hand and only take if needed.
Clen during your first two weeks of pct, not last two.
PCT should start after HCG is done--certainly not week 12.

I'd run the 500 wk test.
like pirate said use nolva only if needed during
Personally I don't start Hcg until around wk 5.

i agree on all of that

i'd run just a couple of shots of hcg mid cycle (ie weeks 6 and 7), running it every week is overkill imo
