Hey all I dont know weather I should cut or Bulk. I want to gain abou 15 pounds in about 7 months but I want to gain as much lean mass as possible, of course. Should I bulk then do a minni cut or just bulk till i gain my desired weight or what. I have a hard time bulking because i seem to get a bit flabby so it makes me want to cut. So what should i do. sorry if this is confusing. thanks for the help.
