I need some more calories, What are some cheap high calorie foods? I already eat a lot of eggs, and milk.

Seeds and Nuts!! 
A lot of people seem to avoid nuts becuz of High Fat content but we're always reminded 2B sure 2 Eat them (in moderation of course) becuz they're the GOOD FAT!! The EFA stuff. Essential Fatty Acids. ....just what i hear anyway? he. he. 
Oh ya, U want inexpensive? Go for the good ole Sunflower seeds in a jar! They're great on Salads too for some added protein!
