Sugars in fruit

Hi,

I am cutting and am tweaking my diet as we speak.

I am trying to decide whether to include fruit in my diet - specifically an apple and a tangerine. I have read that these are quite high in sugars.

Should I go without?

Fructose in Apples is much better than sucrose, lower GI.
 
I'm not an expert, but an apple ain't gonna kill your diet, and it's good to refill your liver gylcogen I think.
 
Most of the sugars in fruit are fructos. Fructose fill liver glycogen, not muscle glycogen. While cutting you are best to stick to apples, peaches, pears, berries and grapefruit.
