Greetings, I'm new to the site and just wanted to
intruduce myself .....
I'm a Married Man of 55 going on 56 next month.
I've been "A work in progress" for several years
yo-yo'ing from looking like I was 9 months pregnant
to almost reaching my goals of being fit.
Hopefully this site will give me the encouragment and
motivation to "stick to it".
I look forward to reading the posts and doing some
posting myself on occation.

This site has been an inspiration to me for sure. The commitment to health here is phenomenal! I used to have 5 forums on my favorites list..this one blew the others away.
