Well i guess i will introduce myself since i joined couple days ago. i am 5' 10" and about 210 lbs. About year and half ago i was at about 245 lbs so since then i have been interest in weight lifting and Cardio. still need to loose about 20 lbs of fat. Don't know what my body fat is but i am a relatively stocky guy. Well just wanted to tell everyone Hello. So HELLO
