hey,

i recently bought some KRUSH Creatine, and just wondering if it works? how should i use it? the guy at the store wasnt very helpful....is there any recomended ways to take it..like at what times, how much to take etc.

i know how it works..my brother takes it....but i dont talk to my brother anymore...and i just thought you guys would know some effective ways of taking it.
