The bench scared me more than the squat
(It really put a stretch on my abs)
Walked .31mi @ 4.0
Ran 15min @ 6.0 (Winded me after the leg exercises)
Not bad for 14 days after a surgery
Note in the pic there is still some bruising and swelling in my lower abs
( To go with all the FAT!)
