Should I drop shakes for real food at 4 weeks out, or 2? I'm currently taking a shake in am with my eggs (can't eat enough eggs to get all my protein in), one post w/o, and my blended protein shake before bed.
Yeah, some. I try to buy the ground white turkey, but it's hard to find. They usually don't have it at WalMart. And the leanest ground beef is hard to find. It's just really easy to bake a bunch of chicken.
