i read on a recent post that if you have high bodyfat on steroids more nutrients go to fat cells, whereas if you have low bodyfat more nutrients go to muscle cells. Is this the same for igf-1

I know that estrogen effects GH signaling. so a person with high body fat has higher levels of estrogen which can actually block GH signalling. women actually produce 2-3x more HGH then men.

however I'm not sure how estrogen effects IGF-1 or IGFBP-3. there are some synergistic effects from estrogen and IGF-1 on some tissue systems but I'm not sure about the effects on skeletal muscle
