Hi guys! My name is Kevin. I'm a 19 year old college student. I'm at the point to where I really want to get into shape. I was almost 300 pounds, and I lost the weight and now im down to about 225. But now its time for the lean shape and muscle definition. That's where you guys come in. I don't want to be big and bulky. The look I was shooting for was maybe like Tom Welling in Smallville...or Ryan Reynolds in Blade Trinity. That kinda form. I'm still new to the whole body building. I came here mostly to get good advice on diet to burn fat and also proper workouts. If someone would be willing to help me personally that would be great.
