what do you think is better for all purpose use? Concentrate, Isolate, or a blend? I was thinking of getting the blend in banana. Any recommendations as to flavor as well? Its mainly for pre/pwo purposes, but I sometimes use my whey to flavor my oats, or as an mrp in my protein bars.
