Hi,

Some peoples tell tats going to gym will affect the height growth especially the shoulder exercise.Is it true.
Please let me know up to what age the height will increase in mens.

it is not true, only streroid use can stunt your growth

It depends.....but by 20 or 21 you should be full grown.
